STEEP FALLS—Holly Renee Torrance, 47, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 1, 2019, in the comfort of her home. She was born on February 2, 1972, in Detroit, Michigan, a daughter of Patrick and Margaret Eichhorn. Holly was a graduate of Grace Baptist Academy, and went on to teach at Standish Baptist Academy for many years. On June 12, 2004, she married Andrew Torrance. She had a great love for music and in more recent years, developed a passion for the deaf ministry. Holly was instrumental in many functions of the church, especially in junior church. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and sewing. Holly had no fear and was at peace with her Lord. She was looking forward to seeing her mother again. Holly touched many people during her short life, and she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her loving husband, Andrew Torrance; children, Anthony, Faith, Colina, and Colette; father, Patrick Eichhorn; and siblings, Daniel Eichhorn and Leah Eichhorn. She was predeceased by her mother, Margaret Eichhorn. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 4, 2019 from 6pm to 8pm at the Gorham Chapel of Dolby Blais & Segee, 76 State St., Gorham, ME 04038. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 3pm at the Standish Baptist Church, 181 Ossipee Trail West, Standish, ME 04084.
