Windham, Maine - Haziz Dobra, 92, passed away surrounded by his family. He was born on June 1, 1931 and raised in Librazhd Albania son of Arif and Bejaze Dobra. He moved to Elbasan with his beloved wife Zoje where they raised their beautiful family of 8 children. Hazizi one of the most hard working man worked for a long time as a mason at the Steel Factory/ (Metalurgji) until retired, and moved to United States for about couple of decades. With an exception of the last 5 years post the oldest son passing in 2018 . He recently moved back to Maine again, to be closer to his children. Haziz was pre-deceased by his oldest son Petrit Dobra of 57years in January, 2018. He is survived by his children Shkelqim (Jim) Dobra of Windham Maine Founder/ former owner of Cumberland House of Pizza), Florenc Dobra of London, Mirela Mustafarai of Thesaloniki Greece, Mimoza Sawtelle of Windham, Maine, Alketa Dobra of Orlean France, Manjola Dano of Peabody Mass, and Alban Dobra of Peabody Mass. Also 16 grandchildren 3 of which are raised in Maine Klaus and Klint Dobra graduate of Windham High School. Eda Pellumbi graduate of Cheverus High School, and 12 great- grand children. Visiting hours will be held at from 11-1 pm at Dolby Blaise&Segee 434 River Rd Windham ME on November 2nd, 2023. A graveside muslim service will be held at Arlington Cemetery Windham, Maine.
