FARMINGTON - Florence Marie Frost-Ireland, 85, died unexpectedly on August 22, 2022 at Franklin Memorial Hospital. She was born on September 16, 1936 in Westbrook, Maine. Daughter of late Donald and Mabel frost. Florence graduated from Westbrook High School Class of 1954. After graduation she entered the workforce as a secretary and she also worked several jobs she enjoyed until retirement in 1998. Florence enjoyed camping, knitting, watching sports and spoiling her granddaughters. In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by two brothers, Russell Frost and Tom Frost; first husband, Francis Sesto; and third husband, James Ireland. She is survived by her second husband, Richard Wallace; son, Patrick Wallace and his wife, Hannah Wallace; step daughters, Michele and Kimberly Glass; grandchildren, Megan and Madison Wallace; and two step-grandchildren, Dakota and Dominic Niemi. The family thanks the medical staff of Franklin Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be held 12 p.m., Friday, September 2, 2022 at Calvary Cemetery, South Portland.
